UnifiedRoot adopts the following core principles to guide our policies and decision making.

We support a private-sector, decentralized, free-market approach to domain name administration, allocation, and management.
We will pursue objective and transparent TLD registration procedures. -
We shall maintain a strict policy against colliding TLDs.
We believe regulation regarding content and use of the Internet should remain the province of national
governments. - We shall promote the established principles of the Internet community:
- Stability of the domain name system
- Competition in the market for domain names
- Private bottom-up coordination
- Representation of the global Internet constituency.
UnifiedRoot shall support the continuing discussion and resolution of Internet governance issues.
