UnifiedRoot would like to update you on the investments that were made during this year to improve the service we provide to you.

First and foremost we are proud to announce that our root infra structure is now completely IPv6 based, which enables the access to billions of IP addresses via our root system. As you may have read in the press the internet as used by the western world is running out of IP addresses. We have upgraded our systems to ensure that in the future no such limitations exist for the UnifiedRoot.

A second major development is that we now offer registration of TLD's in any language. This means that a person can register e.g. a Turkish, Chinese or Arabic TLD, in Turkish, Chinese or Arabic characters. This clearly facilitates the issuance by the TLD holder of second level domain names in a language specific to the community he wants to target. In this the UnifiedRoot is globally unique.

In October we will launch a software tool which greatly improves your ability to sell second level domain names as a TLD holder. The tool will provide a simple back-office function for registration and invoice traffic through our systems. For further information, please contact us at contact@unifiedroot.com.

With these above investments we believe we have stepped up our service. This could not have been done without the continuous support of UnifiedRoot first wave TLD holders. We are now entering the next wave with the introduction of different price levels for different TLD's. An application for the TLD "golf" will be more expensive than the TLD "green". The first negotiations have already started for some TLD's. This is applicable for exceptionally valuable TLD's.

We have updated our Terms and Conditions, especially referring to the resellers. Please check our homepage www.unifiedroot.com for the latest developments. On our site you will also find an update how to use the new "Unify Me Now" tool enabling a simple resetting of your computer to utilize the UnifiedRoot. With this update you will be able to benefit both from the UnifiedRoot as well as being able to connect fast and secure to the "old" internet as you know it. This is especially convenient for our Chinese TLD holders who are already on an IPv6 platform. If you have been Unified already, please use the new tool to get access to the new world of TLD's.
