UnifiedRoot would like to update you on the current developments.

We are extremely pleased to inform you that the TLD holder of “.widget” is the first client to go live with his TLD. He has started to resell second level domain names (SLD’s) to the public. The initial price for a standard SLD is around € 50.

This TLD holder uses our recently completed reseller tool that is fully integrated into his site. With this tool UnifiedRoot is basically providing automated back-office functionality, processing the issuance of SLD’s, maintaining relevant records and invoicing of the SLD holders. You as TLD Holder can concentrate on the business. The biggest benefit is obviously that through standardization of process the efficiencies and synergies are very high and shared between UnifiedRoot and the TLD Holder.

With the launching of the reseller tool UnifiedRoot has finished the first stage of its business plan in completing all the necessary infrastructure to allow all our TLD Holders to access the entire internet and not just the “English” internet. This has been a costly and time-consuming affair as you may appreciate and we are excited that UnifiedRoot is now entering the second phase of working together with you as TLD holder to commercialize your TLD and to start providing content. Presently we are working together with a number of our 500 TLD holders to bring more TLD’s on-line. Examples are: “.ringtones”, “.game” and “.export”.

Obviously our interested is to reach agreements with the TLD holders in sharing revenue for the issuance of the SLD’s. Through reliable vendors that we have engaged to build our own infrastructure, we can provide, based on our standard formats, for roughly € 2500 a complete functional website that could constitute your business platform for exploiting the TLD.

New reseller sites will be expected the coming months.

UnifiedRoot is offering end-to-end multilingual Internet access. You as reseller can offer registration of SLD's in any language. This means that a person can register e.g. a Turkish, Chinese or Arabic SLD, in Turkish, Chinese or Arabic characters. This clearly facilitates the issuance by the SLD holder of further domain names in a language specific to the community he wants to target. In this the UnifiedRoot is globally unique.

As you may have noted, a substantial number of our TLD’s are of Russian and Turkish origin, which can simply not benefit from the Internet as is known in the Western world today. We have also started to co-operate with these TLD Holders to bring their business on-line. Expanding into the “new” world is a very inspiring aspect of our business and we are very proud of making progress in this domain. If you are interest to join please contact us.
